Almost all the rules can be summed up in this statement. If it against the law in the United States of America, or is considered spamming, it is not allowed on our servers. Any thing that is illegal is not allowed even if we do not explicitly disallow it.

Monthly bandwidth is based on a full month from the 1st of the month to the last day of the same month, overage charges for bandwidth will be billed at $0.50 per GigaByte of traffic. If you go over your allocated amount, we reserve the right to suspend your service and request a prepayment of bandwidth to be made.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
BEGINNING IMMEDIATELY, anyone hosting websites or services on our server that support spammers or cause any of our IP space to be listed in any of the various Spam Databases will have their server immediately removed from our network. The server will not be reconnected until such time that you agree to remove ANY and ALL traces of the offending material immediately upon reconnection and agree to allow us access to the server to confirm that all material has been COMPLETELY removed. Severe violations may result in immediate and permanent removal of the server from our network without notice to the customer. Any server guilty of a second violation WILL be immediately and permanently removed from our network without notice.

UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS

Use of CompleteVPS service to access, or to attempt to access, the accounts of others, or to penetrate, or attempt to penetrate, security measures of CompleteVPS or another entity's computer software or hardware, electronic communications system, or telecommunications system, whether or not the intrusion results in the corruption or loss of data, is expressly prohibited and the offending account is subject to immediate termination.

CompleteVPS reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion and cannot be held responsible for the usage of our clients accounts. CompleteVPS reserves the right to change any part of our Terms of Service without prior notice. CompleteVPS reserve the right to suspend or remove credit if your account becomes suspended or terminated for breaching the terms in our Terms of Service.

IRC

IRC services, private and public, are absolutely forbidden from all parts of our network, anyone found running IRC services will be terminated instantly.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

CompleteVPS has a full 30 day return and refund policy, but we will only refund a service if we are to fault with it, for example, it was not as advertised or the uptime falls below 99%. Refunds must be claimed by submitting a support ticket to our helpdesk.

MIN OR MAX RAM AND CPU

CompleteVPS advertise our RAM and CPU under "Min" (Minimum) and "Max" (Maximum), the minimum limit is your guaranteed RAM or CPU, and the maximum limit is your amount of burstable RAM or CPU.

BANDWIDTH OVERAGE

Each month, you are allotted an amount of Data Transfer with the VPS plan you choose. When and if your account exceeds this amount, you will be liable to cover overage costs. For example, if you go over your allotted bandwidth limit by 50 GB, you will be billed the following month for $12.99 for that 50 GB.

Failure to meet this payment will result in account suspension.

IP JUSTIFICATION

When ordering additional IP's depending on the plan, one or two of those IP's are provided free of charge, but for all IP's ordered, you need to provide a valid justification, if a valid justification is not submitted, we may charge you an additional $0.50 per IP per month.

DATA LOSS

CompleteVPS can not be held responsible for loss of data or connectivity due to hardware failures, natural disasters, or any other situation that is beyond our control. The only compensation given in such an incident is a refund for the unused portion of the service.

BURSTABLE RAM OR CPU

When some of our clients are not using all their guaranteed RAM or CPU, instead of letting it go to waste, we allow other clients to burst over their guaranteed limit of RAM and/or CPU for a short period of time. You can only burst up to your burstable limit, if you consistently requesting and using burstable RAM or CPU, it is classed as abuse of a service, and you will be asked to upgrade, further than that, if after 24 hours you are still abusing the burstable limit system, we may be forced to reduce, or even remove your burstable limits.

CANCELATIONS

If for some reason you wish to cancel a service with us, you will need to let us know at least 5 working days beforehand, but If you are renting one of our dedicated servers, you will need to let know at least 10 working days beforehand. Your service will be shutdown on the day your next payment was due. Credit or refunds will not be issued if you cancel after ordering, unless we are to fault with the service in some way, please see "RETURNS / REFUNDS" for more information on returns and refunds.

FREE DOMAIN FOR LIFE

CompleteVPS will remain the sole owner of the domain for as long as itis unpaid for, if you wish to cancel your service, you will be given the option to buy your domain from us for $9.99. If you are due for a renewal in the next month or two and you wish to cancel your service,we will let you transfer your domain away from us for free, or you can pay $7.99 to renew the domain with us (Without the service) for another year. If you cancel with more than 2 months until the renewal of the domain and do not want to pay for $7.99 charge within 7 days, your domain will be sold at auction.

If you do wish to carry on your service with us, and are due for arenewal, we will renew your domain after your 12th monthly payment to us (1 year after ordering) at no extra cost to you. After the domain is renewed for the first time, you will have the option to transfer the domain away from us at any point with no cost to yourself from our end (There many be costs issued from where you are transferring the domain to. If you wish to cancel your service after this first renewal, your domain will stay active for the remainder year, and you will have the option at the end of the year to renew the domain at $7.99 for a further year, or if you order a VPS, renewals will be free.

This is limited to one domain per person, ordering another from the same merchant account is classed as the same person.

VPS MANAGEMENT

Management of your VPS is carried out on your server and on your control panel, we currently only provide management on cPanel and DirectAdmin, and an extra cost may be incurred.

Management includes an initial security setup and continued monthly audits, as well as any work you request to be done, this is limited to server software, and we will not provide any software support for scripts or programs, we will also not install scripts such as PHPBB, but we will install programs such as IonCube, or Zend. Installation is limited to server side scripts and programs, not service scripts.

Management has a 6 hour response time guarantee, if we take any longer than 6 hours to reply to your request, you will be issued a full refund for the amount you paid for your Management in credit to be used for furture invoices or orders.

Our server management also includes moving accounts from a reseller or another root VPS or server to your VPS, it also covers converting cPanel accounts to DirectAdmin accounts (Root on cPanel required). Please note that requests of this nature can take up to 48 hours to complete, and without root access, we limit you to request 10 accounts per week, if you have root on the server you are moving from, there is no limit set, we will move as many accounts as you want to your new VPS.

The software we install via management, is will setup as per your request, but any changes need to be pointed out to us, we will not configure your software if you do not give us values you need set or changed, and what you need them changed to. We will install a single instance of required software, unless a reinstallation is needed, for example, we will install ShoutCast, but only one single instance of it, if you require more, you will need to pay our basic fee of $39/hour charged in 15 minute slots.

PRIVACY POLICY

Information provided to us in terms of domains, hostnames, client names, client address and any other information you submit to us, will not be visable to anyone outside of the CompleteVPS management team, and will not be sold or shared to anyone outside of that group. That is unless a domain is brought, in which case, your information will be listed in the WHOIS of the domain as required by the registrar.
